We are committed to recognizing and honouring every gift with thoughtfulness, inclusivity, and respect. Our goal is to ensure that all donors, regardless of gift size, feel valued and appreciated.

We know that every gift is personal. Some donors choose public recognition to inspire others, while others prefer privacy.

Recognition is always tailored to your wishes. You may choose the type and level of acknowledgment that feels right for you, or remain completely anonymous.

Below are some of the ways we celebrate and recognize your generosity. If you have any questions or would like more information, we would be delighted to connect with you.

Naming Opportunities

Naming opportunities provide a special way to celebrate your generosity by connecting your gift with a space, program or piece of equipment.

Options include:

Room Naming – Support a room or location within the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) – Stratford General Hospital site. Recognition may include a customized plaque or wall signage.
Equipment/Technology Naming – Fully fund a piece of equipment or technology. Recognition may include a small plaque affixed directly to it.
Specific Initiatives & Programs Naming – Support the non-operational needs of an initiative or program for a set period of time. Recognition is tailored to the program and discussed with you in advance.
Building/Department Naming – Support the cost of a new or renovated building or department. Recognition may include interior or exterior signage.

Sharing Your Story

When donors share their stories, it not only inspires others to give, it also highlights the meaning behind their generosity.

Depending on your gift and preferences, we may:

Host a plaque unveiling, gift announcement, or celebratory event.
Feature your story, and the inspiration behind your gift, in our newsletters (Foundation Monitor, a bi-annual print publication, and Vital Signs, our monthly e-newsletter).
Share your story on our website, social media channels, and digital signage.
Create a media release to share with local news outlets.
Provide updates and reporting on the impact of your donation.

Campaign Recognition

Every campaign reflects the collective generosity of our community. To honour this support, donors are recognized on the Donor Wall in the June Blanch Lobby at the HPHA - Stratford General Hospital.

Recognition levels are:

Transformational Gift Society: $1,000,000+
Visionary Society: $500,000–$999,999
Builder’s Society: $200,000–$499,999
Major Benefactors: $100,000–$199,999
Benefactors: $50,000–$99,999
Patrons: $10,000–$49,999
Supporters: $5,000–$9,999
Friends: $1,000–$4,999

A gift in memory or in honour is a beautiful way to celebrate someone special.
